Amy has been getting tattooed by me for a few years, and always with some really great ideas and different images. We did this one a while ago but I just got some good photos and wanted to post it before I post the newer one. The idea came from the band Right Away, Great Captain Andy Hull’s solo project from Manchester Orchestra. It’s off the cover of the record The Bitter End. Check it out if you like his other band it’s really good. Putting it on her arm is in reference to the song. Enjoy

I’m a traitor to your flesh in a stone
You’re gonna read about the way, the way a man can go
I’m a good man, are you a good man? does a good man take you home?
With a rejoicing mouth I sing for you and pause.
And I know you don’t know what I’m capable of.
But in time you’ll taste all the salt in my lungs.
And I see things I actually don’t see.
I knew it wasn’t actually you a few feet from my reach.
I looked into your eyes and I began to lose my teeth,
And I felt you were dreaming the same thing.
And I know you don’t know what I’m capable of
But if you give me just one more minute I’m sure
That you would be shaking right down to your soul
And I’d hope that the fear of the lord brings me home.
I’m a man in a body of water so tall
Could swallow you whole and forget where he’s going
But I carved a map in the back of my arm
Don’t worry I’m coming home
I said don’t worry cause I’m coming home.
