When you get a cover up it’s always going to be bigger than the original tattoo. Well Melanie’s original tattoo on her lower back was about the size of half dollar, and this is what i came up with… She did want it to be her whole back. Your cover ups don’t have to be this much bigger, I just think it’s funny this is a cover up of a small tattoo. Her skin is textured towards the bottom of the tattoo because when you get some new work your pores will open a little bit, but do go down even later in the day. I don’t have a healed up photo of the tattoo but I saw it recently and had healed up perfect. Danielle
