Just finished this tattoo on Brian. Right after Brian booked his first session he promptly moved to connecticut. so there were many plane tickets involved in the completion of this dragon. I also worked on this tattoo during a couple trips to Rhode Island while visiting friends at Art Freek Tattoo (that’s how they spell it).  This was also Brian’s first tattoo, talk about going all in! Brian was great to work with, he was committed to finishing this project, and all things considered i think it went down in a reasonable amount of time. The other note worthy thing about this tattoo is that it was the first tattoo to be done at Only You, what a great way to get started. Thanks Brian for seeing this one through i had a blast.

Got some healed photos of the Phoenix I did For Jason. Figured i would put up the sketch plus some in progress shots. Once again it was great to work with Jason and we walked away with something we are both very proud of. Thanks Jason

Henna Style foot tattoo

This is a henna style tattoo that I did of a peacock on Liz’s foot. I’m really hoping that she still gets the other one done to balance out this image. I’m really impressed by henna artists, I spent time drawing this tattoo a few different times and trying to figure out a good flow to the design. When henna is done on a person for a wedding or a ceremony it is on the spot, no stencil, or erasing. I have watched a lot of people get henna and when it is done right it really is detailed and beautifully fits the shape of the body. We had talked about adding shading to this piece but I really love how it looks just with the line work. Enjoy. Danielle Distefano
